Facade Materials and Colors
- The original grey siding and white brickwork were replaced with a combination of dark wood or wood-imitation siding and light-colored render, creating a striking visual contrast.
- The flat roof was updated with a dark material, metal roofing, complementing the dark accents of the facade.
Windows and Doors
- Old windows were substituted with expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows framed in black, allowing for increased natural light and modern aesthetic appeal.
- The front door was modernized with a stylish new model, featuring side panels and a protective overhang, enhancing the entrance’s prominence and providing shelter.
Front Entry and Garage
- The wooden deck and railings were removed, and in their place, a clean-lined entryway with minimalist landscaping was created.
- A new, larger garage door with a contemporary design replaced the old one, including modern functionalities such as improved insulation and automatic operation.
Backyard and Deck
- At the back, a significant addition is the raised deck with glass railings and a modern external staircase, replacing the old enclosed space and providing an unobstructed view of the garden.
- The sliding doors on the rear of the house match the front’s black-framed windows, creating cohesion in the design.
- The installation of a hot tub under the deck adds a luxurious element for leisure and entertainment.

Formerly segmented rooms are now unified in a spacious living area, where custom lighting and premium oak flooring reflect a contemporary, yet timeless elegance.
