Exterior Transformation
Before: The home’s exterior was characterized by a traditional brick facade, a modest front entrance, and an aging roofline that gave the home a dated appearance. The lawn, while well-kept, lacked character, and the driveway was a simple, utilitarian concrete path.
After: Our vision for the home’s exterior was to infuse modernity while enhancing its curb appeal. The brick has been replaced with a combination of contemporary materials, including sleek paneling and natural stone tiles that provide a visually stunning contrast. The roof has been updated to a flat design, complemented by a dark, elegant finish that matches the new, expansive windows framed with minimalist detailing.
The entrance has been transformed into a grand statement with a new, wide staircase leading to a bold front door, inviting and impressive. We’ve incorporated a smart landscaping design that emphasizes clean lines and low-maintenance greenery, perfectly framing the newly paved driveway, which now offers generous space and a modern aesthetic with its bordered design.
Specifics of the Exterior Overhaul
Roofline:
The traditional pitched roof was replaced with a flat, modern alternative, providing the house with a sleek silhouette. This not only modernizes the appearance but also offers potential for future green energy solutions like solar panel installation.
Windows:
Older, smaller windows gave way to large, floor-to-ceiling glass panels that not only serve as a source of abundant natural light but also act as a visual bridge between the interior and exterior spaces.
Landscaping:
The front yard was reimagined to complement the house’s new look. We introduced sculptural plantings, a manicured lawn, and strategic lighting that accentuates the home’s architecture, making the approach to the home as inviting by night as it is by day.

Living Room
Before: A confined space with dated decor, featuring a heavy-set couch and a thick-pile carpet that dominated the room.
After: We redefined luxury with a spacious layout, a neutral color scheme, and a statement wall with geometric paneling that adds a sculptural element. A modular sofa set paired with minimalist coffee tables sits atop a subtle, contemporary rug, inviting comfort with style. Large, unadorned windows allow daylight to pour in, creating a bright and welcoming ambiance. This room now serves as a testament to modern elegance and is ideal for social gatherings or tranquil relaxation.
Kitchen and Dining Area
Before: The kitchen was once a narrow, closed-off space with aging appliances and worn cabinetry, while the dining area was merely an extension of the kitchen, lacking distinction.
After: We’ve created a culinary enthusiast’s dream with a fully-equipped kitchen, boasting sleek white cabinetry and a contrasting black island with integrated seating. The appliances are now state-of-the-art, and the workspace is amplified by natural light streaming in from elongated windows. Adjacent to this modern kitchen, the dining area stands out with a contemporary glass table surrounded by stylish yet comfortable chairs, perfect for both casual breakfasts and formal dinners.

Bedroom
Before: The bedroom had limited light and storage, with a single window and a modest closet space.
After: The transformed bedroom is now an oasis of calm, featuring a large, comfortable bed with a custom headboard, positioned to maximize the views from the new, expansive windows. A plush area rug anchors the space, and the addition of a walk-in closet with custom fittings ensures a clutter-free environment. Soft, indirect lighting and neutral tones create a restful atmosphere, ideal for relaxation and rest.
Bathroom
Before: A small, functional bathroom with basic fixtures and plain tiles.
After: The bathroom has been expanded into a luxurious retreat, featuring a spacious walk-in shower with glass doors and a large vanity with smart storage solutions. Recessed shelves, ambient LED lighting, and heated floors provide comfort and convenience. The use of large, dark tiles gives the room a grounding, contemporary feel, while the sleek fixtures add a touch of sophistication.
